Team will be composed of 3 members (2 male ,1 female). Race design is for beginners only, expert racers are not allowed to join the race.

Christmas season has ended as well as the celebration of New Year (Not Chinese New Year), It has been almost two months that I have no “cardio” exercise. I feel so lame, easily get tired. 
I did run for 8 km last Sunday but I really need a bit more vigorous exercise and all I can think of is to visit again the highest mountain at Samal Island and for those who always visit my site already knew what I mean. – Puting bato. ^_^
I badly need some fresh air and a nice view to start with this year – yeah It’s February by that time but hey! at least I will.
Heads up this coming weekend.
